Small Area & Position Specific Camp  

June 15 and 16th, we will be hosting a competitive & position specific mini camp for the 2007-08-09 age groups.  The camp will include 4.5 hours of ice the players.  Each position group will have their own position-specific icetime Saturday & Sunday followed by a competitive session that will involve both the forward and defensemen groups.

In the position specific sessions, players will work on a number of isolated position specific skills and situations.  We then, will use the competitive session to translate the skills worked on in the specific session icetime.  This will provide players opportunity to implement what we work on into a competitive environment.  Players learn by then recognizing the situation, in turn, they now have the ability to implement the right solutions and skills.
