Coach Blair, an unbelievable coach that just knows and loves the game of hockey.  I’ve never seen anyone study the game of hockey as much as him.  Every time we would talk about a certain skill, or play I needed to work on, that night he would send me a video clip in the NHL and use it as an example of what to do.  Not only does he know how to develop players and get them to the next level, he has proven he knows how to win.  He keeps things light, but knows when to give that extra push.  He knows every player inside and out and knows if something is wrong with them, and if he sees that he will talk to them to make sure they are both on the same page.  His best asset is how good of a communicator he is with every player, and he understands hockey isn’t the only thing happening in players lives.  Having Coach Blair the last two years is the best thing that could’ve happened to me.  He has taught me so much not only in hockey, but in life.  He helped advocate for me, and is a huge reason why I get the opportunity to pursue my Junior A hockey career and play at the next level.  I can’t thank him enough for my experience with him.  – Luke Spadafora, Humboldt Broncos

Coach Blair has been on of the best coaches I have had in career playing hockey. He helped me when I was in my first year Midget AAA by helping me improve all aspects of my game with the drills he ran for my on ice skills and the office help to improve my hockey smarts.
